Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti tentang brand equity (ekuitas merek) dari produk minuman air mineral Aqua. Dalam penelitian ini, brand equity (ekuitas merek) diukur menggunakan elemen-elemen brand equity yang terdiri dari: brand awareness (kesadaran merek), brand association (asosiasi merek), perceived quality (persepsepsi kualitas), dan brand loyalty (loyalitas merek).
Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 112 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling dan teknik pengumpulan
