Abstract
Hasil pengujian regresi secara parsial pada pegawai Disdikpora Kabupaten Gunungkidul menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja individual pegawai.
