Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh loyalitas kepada supervisor
terhadap kepuasan kerjadan intent to stay di PT. Plaza Minerva Indonesia cabang
Yogyakarta. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah PT. Plaza Minerva Indonesia cabang
Yogyakarta dan subyeknya adalah karyawan PT. Plaza Minerva Indonesia cabang
Yogyakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 110
karyawan PT. Plaza Minerva Indonesia cabang Yogyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan
menggunakan metoda Structural E
