Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh citra terhadap loyalitas konsumen Cokro Tela Cake. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah Cokro Tela Cake Yogyakarta dan subyeknya adalah konsumen Cokro Tela Cake Yogyakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang konsumen Cokro Tela Cake Yogyakarta. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda.
