Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the communication style of the Prophet Muhammad to
his two wives, namely Khadijah binti Khuwailid and 'Aisyah binti Abu Bakar. The research
method used was library research with a qualitative approach. This study uses data collected
from primary and secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analysis method. Based on the
results of the study, it can be concluded that the communication style of Rasulullah with his two
wives, namely Khadijah binti Khuwailid and 'Aisyah binti Abu Bakar, uses a combination of
dominant, dramatic, animated expressive, open, argumentative, relaxed, attentive, impression
leaving, friendly, and precise. The combination of communication styles practiced by the
Prophet in communication shows his skills in attaining communication by adjusting to the
situation and conditions of the communication so that the message conveyed is effective.
