Abstract
This research explain a queue service firm providing service facility (teller) that is BPD DIY Branch Sleman. Obsevasi conducted by researcher to be obtained by mean data mount mean service storey level and arrival, is hem in after analysed by using appliance assist SPSS For WIfickildfiedgialii aird POM For Windows program. Usage of Facility service 3 teller unit BPD DPI Branch slenum; with mean average arrival 53,3 client hour/clock and average service 20 client how/clock Known by client queue up in system during 10,1331 minute (Ws). From this indicate that by 3 teller unit desire of client to queue up less than 5 minute do not fufilled, because 98,5% client wish to queue up less than 5 minute. At change analysis of average of teller unit that is becoming 4 teller unit, client queue up in system during 3,849 minute (Ws). Thereby desire of client to queue up less than 5 minute earn Milled, so that expected by satisfaction of client to BPD Dl? service Branch Steman progressively mount
