STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOPERASI SEKTOR RIIL DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

This study aims to determine the development strategies of the real sector cooperative in Special Region of Yogyakarta and determine the priority of the
development strategies of the real sector co-operative in Special Region of
Yogyakarta. The study use qualitative quantitative approach with the descriptive
research type using SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This
study using porpusive sampling technique that is taking on purpose for the
determination of respondents. The results of this study showed that the development
strategies of the real sector co-operative in Special Region of Yogyakarta based on
the SWOT analysis is ST (Strength – Threat) strategy and the priority of the
development strategy of the real sector co-operative in Special Region of
Yogyakarta based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is expanding the market
share with innovations and marketing so the real sector co-operatives in Special
Region of Yogyakarta does not depend on single market only. This priority is the
highest priority which should preferably be done in the development of the real
sector co-operatives in Special Region of Yogyakarta.
