PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMK MUHAMMADIYAH BIDANG KEAHLIAN BISNIS MANAJEMEN KABUPATEN SLEMAN

This research has tittle " The Influence of Principal's Leadership Effectivity toward Teachers' work performance in SMK Muhammadiyah Business Management Competency in Sleman Residence ". The wished aim / goal on from this research is to identity the influence of principal's leadership effectivity and teacher's work motivation toward teachers' work performance in SMK Muhammadiyah Business Management Competency in Sleman Residence. The presented hyphotesys are :(a). The principla's leadership effectivity has positive and significant influence toward teachers' work performance. (b). Teachers'work motivation has positive and significant influence toward teachers' work performance. (c).The principla's leadership effectivity and Teachers'work motivation simultaneously has positive and significant influence toward teachers' work performance. The samples were taken from the teachers' in SME. Muhammadiyah Business and Management Competency in number of 100 respondens. Data analyzing used ( The data were analyzed using ) software SPSS 15.0 for Windows evaluation version. The result of the research show that (a) The principla's leadership effectivity has positive and significant influence toward teachers' work performance. (b) Teachers'work motivation has positive and significant influence toward teachers' work performance. (c).The principla's leadership effectivity and Teachers'work motivation simultaneously has positive and significant influence toward teachers' work performance. This matter identified that if the principal's leadership effectivity, techers' work motivation and the principal's leadership effectivity and techers' work motivation simultaneously rising up ( going up ), it will cause the teachers' performance going up too. Teachers'work motivation is more dominant variable compared with the variable of principal's leadership effectivity, for the reason, motivation must always be kept in order that teachers' performance going up and the increase education quality.
