Abstract

Employee performance is a matter of concern to every company because of concerns with the presence of Human Resources as an asset that can contribute to the achievement of company objectives. The same was experienced by Metro Supermarket Pekanbam. Suspected causes of low employee performance is caused by cultural factors at work and compensation stimuli; by job satisfaction variables in influencing employee performance. In this thesis the author examines the influence of Culture on lob Satisfaction and Compensation Employee Performance And Metro Supermarket Pekanbaru." Work culture associated with the value adopted for all employees in performing their duties, as measured through indicators: the recognition of the work culture, adherence to follow the work culture, understanding the work culture, work culture and motivation suitability for the cultured. Comp :initial related to employee accepted everything as a reward for making their work or achievements in executing a job, which is measured through indicators of salaries, allowances. health insurance programs. pension programs and opportunities for career. Job satisfaction is associated with expression of feelings of employees as a result of fulfillment of all the hopes, through indicators: the value of work ebanggarin to work, how to control the work, competence and level of job boredom. And employee performance is an athievaramt reached by • person m performing their duties or their work, in accordance with the standards and kriteria which. is. set, through indicators: basil quality work, ability to use work time, initiative, responsibility, PCISCVMDCC.
In this study the sample used as many as 60 people out of the total population is 120 people (-50%), %filch thematically is made to meet adequacy. In analyzing the data is based on statisfical analysis and inferential analysis through multiple regression and path analysis. To test the research instrument in the form of question items from each of the variables of research conducted through validity and reliability, as well as classic assumption test through the test of normality, klaoscodasticity and multicollinearity. Testing the hypothesis in Penis using lust and test hypotheses simultaneously using F.test. The malts provide the conclusion that simultaneously, work culture and compensation have a strong and significant influence on the performance of employees with variable between job satisfaction. This means tint if simultaneously (togtihce) there was improvement in work culture and compensation, then the satisfaction will increase which in DIM will improve performance. Partially, the variable compensation has dominant influence on the performance of employees with variebia boobs, job tibifaction. This means that if Improvements nit focused on compensation, the employee will feel a high satisfaction, and ultimately, their pertInsib.e will automatically increase.
