Abstract

In this globalization era many organization which have mado the knowledge management as one of strategy to create the value, improving organizational productivity and effectiveness, and also organizational excellence. They start to apply the knowledge management in order to make-up of performance off is effort and their organizational endurance. Knowledge Management roquire the head capable to guide its employees for the brainstorming of and peep out the renewal. Besides Application of Knowledge Managcmcnt also require to be supponed by Corporate Culture in company. That way company ean improve the its officer performance.
This research was aimed at finding the relation of Transfrmational Leaclership with the application of Knowledge Management and also its effect to Corporate Culture and Officer Performance.
The population in this research is officer PT. Bank Negara Indonesia ( Porsona) Tbk Branch Siclocujo summcd uply 105 respondenta Data ware collected by distributing questionnaire.
The analytic tool used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using the confirmatory technique, which aims at proving the theories in a rnedeL
The Result of research indieate that the Transformational Leadership have the suong relation and signifikan with ICnowledge 'Management and with Corporate Culture, besides Knowledge Management also have the strong rclation and signifikan withCorporate Cuhure. Other is which penying in this research Knowledge Management and Corporate Culturo have an effect on directly and signifikan to offieer performance. organizational Cultural have an effect on most dominant to officer performance. Its meaning, progressively applied organizational cultural goodness, suppotted by Knowledge Management, hence officer performance progressively mount.
