PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSI DAN PEMBAGIAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KECAMATAN DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

The objective of the study is to test the emotional intelligence and division of labor either in groups or individuallly to performance of subdistrict officer in Regency BantuL The population of this research is all Civil Servants of Subdistrict Local Goverments in Regency Bantul consisting of staff elemnat and structural officer from various groups and positions. The research responders is 150 people. The instrument is tried out to know the validity and realiability. Test validity by Product Moment, realibility is analyzed by Alpha Cronbach. The analysis Tehnique used in this research is Doubled Liniear Regretion Analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence and division of labor either individually or in groups to the peformance of subdistrict officer in regency Bantul, with the influence to groups as much as 60,4%. The emotional intelegence factor is the most dominat one which int7uences the performance of subdistrict officer wit regresion coefficient value (131) as musch as 0,647.
