Abstract
The aim of this study fs to examine the effect of intellectual capital to the
company's financial pezformance. The sample of this research was extracted with
purposive sampling method. The population in this research are all of the public
companies, which are listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The 336
corporate financial statements were analyzed as a sample. The technique for
examining hypothesis is simple regression analysis to examining all hypothesis.
The results of this research show that intellectual capital has a positive and
significant effect on conzpany's financial performance but does not have an effect
on the future company's financial performance.
