Abstract

Research was conducted to analyze the influence of the quality of health services to the satisfaction of in-patient of Banjarnegara General Hospital. The quality.of health services include docrors, nurses, services, administrative officer, and the room. The used sample are purposively sampling methods in away to spread the questionnaire respondents, the total samples are 100 respondents. Technical analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis technique, F test, t test. The simultaneously test result showed that the four independent variables, namely, (the doctors, nurses, service, administrative services officer, and the room facilities), simultaneously and significantly have positive effect on patient satisfaction. While partial test result of the four independent variables (doctors, nurses, services, administrative services officer, and the room facilities) have signijicant and positive influence on the dependent variable (patient's satisfaction).
