Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation distributive justice toward
intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of employee workat in PT.Madubaru PG/PS Madukismo
Yogyakarta. The subject in this study were all permanent employees of PT.Madubaru PG/PS
Madukismo Yogyakarta. In this study, sample of 80 respondents were selected using pusposive
sampling. Analysis tool used in this study is SPSS 16.0. Based on the analysis that have been
made the result are the compensation distributive has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation
and extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation has a dominant influence on the provision of
compensation distributive justice.
