Abstract
Delay in project time is an event that often occurs in construction project work.
Delays in projects can result in reduced profits targeted by the contractor. Time
delays can also be caused by poor project management as well as mistakes in
human resources. Therefore it is necessary to do research on the risk analysis of
delays in a project. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that cause
time delays in the construction project of the condotel aveon Yogyakarta building
with the AS / NZS 4360 management system standard. From the research results, it
was found that the factors that cause delays in the Condotel Aveon Yogyakarta
Condotel Building project include: labor, material, place characteristics,
managerial, and other factors with an average risk value for floor work of (8.15). )
which is the medium category, and the foundation structure work with the average
risk value (7.16) which is the medium category.
