Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (LMX)
terhadap komitmen organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pondok
Pesantren Mu’alimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh
karyawan yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Mu’alimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta yang terletak di
Jl. Letjend. S. Parman 68 yogyakarta. Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan Pondok
Pesantren Mu’alimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah
korelasi linier sederhana.
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa : 1) Leader Member
Exchange (LMX) berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2)
Leader Member Exchange (LMX) berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3)
Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
