Semakin tumbuh dan berkembangnya perbankan syariah di Indonesia akan mendorong pihak bank untuk selalu mengoptimalkan kegiatan pemasarannya. Usaha yang dilakukan BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga (BDW) dalam menghadapi persaingan adalah dengan menyediakan produk dan jasa dengan inovasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, salah satunya dengan menyediakan produk pembiayaan Talangan umrah. Untuk memperoleh dana bagi masyarakat yang ingin menunaikan ibadah umrah.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi literatur, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan data sekunder dan pengumpulan data meliputi studi kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran produk talangan umrah dari aspek Marketing Mix dan analisi SWOT, produk yang ditawarkan sebenarnya bagus mempunyai inovasi yang menmyelesaikan masala. Namun, cara mempromosikan produk tersebut masih sangat kurang. Para karyawan di BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga (BDW) juga mempunyai sifat Teistis (rabbaniyyah), Etis (akhlaqiyyah), Realistis (al-waqi’iyyah) dan Humanistis (insaniyyah) dalam memasarkan produk talangan umrah.

MARKETING STRATEGY OF FINANCING PRODUCT OF TALANGAN UMRAH IN BPR SYARIAH BANGUN DRAJAT WARGA (BDW)

The more growth and development of Islamic banking in Indonesia will encourage the banks to constantly optimize their marketing activities. The effort done by syaria BPR Build Drajat Citizens (BDW) in the face of the competition is to provide products and services with innovation to meet the needs of the society, one of them by providing financing products of Talangan umrah, to obtain funds for people who wanted to perform Umrah.
This research is a semi literature, using qualitative descriptive approach to the source of primary data and secondary data and data collection includes literature studies, interviews, observation and documentation. While data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of product marketing strategy of talangan umrah from Marketing Mix aspect and SWOT analysis, products offered are actually good to have innovation to solve the problem. However, how to promote the product is still very lacking. The employees in Syaria BPR Build Drajat Citizens (BDW) also have the characteristics of theistic (rabbaniyyah), Ethical (akhlaqiyyah), Realistic (al-waqi'iyyah) and Humanistic (insaniyyah) in marketing the product of talangan umrah.
