Abstract
The success of building construction is inseparable from the important role of proper management and planning. Both in terms of time management, budget costs, or in the utilization of existing human and material resources, but the facts on the ground are still many obstacles or problems experienced in development such as time delays, cost swelling, and low building quality. This is caused by various factors such as, the labor factor being one of the factors that is very difficult to predict in terms of loyalty and productivity, bad weather factors that often occur as obstacles to the implementation process, as well as material and work tools that experience delays in the supply or equipment needed. suffer limitations and damage. The purpose of this research is to assess the risk factors that cause delays in the construction of the Madrasah Mua'llimin Muhammadiyah Campus Dormitory. The research method was carried out by collecting primary and secondary data using a questionnaire form based on the WBS that had been compiled through the S Curve filled out by respondents who had been prepared and analyzed using the risk matrix method. The results showed that the potential events and impacts with the highest points were the availability of iron material with a risk value of 18.48 (high risk), the late arrival of mixer trucks for each casting activity with a risk value of 18.48 (high risk) and at weather factor in each casting activity with the highest value of 16.8 (high risk).
