Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Effect of Work Conflict on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction as an Mediating Variable (Study at HMJ FEB UMY)", in this study using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis using IBM SPSS software. version 22.0. Based on the analysis conducted, the Results optained that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work conflict has a negative and significant effect on performance. Work conflict has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable
