Abstract

The research aims to investigate how far for the principles of good governance such as consensus orientation, efectivity and efficiency, decentralization, equality and inclusivity and strategy of vision in BUMDes. This research is using qualitative approach with the types of research which have the quality of exploratory descriptive with interview method that implemented in four differents BUMDes in DIY. The informant consist of BUMDes council, headman and society. The result of this research is discovering governance practice with consensus orientation principles, effectivity and efficiency, decentralization, equality and inclusivity and strategy of vision had pretty good operation in BUMDes. This study gives us the analysis about practice literature and implementation of governance principles in BUMDes.
