PENGARUH GOOD GOVERNANCE, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA SKPD DI PROVINSI DIY)

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of good governance, leadership style, and organizational culture on local government performance. The method of data collection in the research I did was using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to regional work units in SKPD in DIY province. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The questionnaires distributed were 140 questionnaires while the returned ones were 118 questionnaires and 118 questionnaires that could be processed. The data that had been collected was processed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that good governance has a positive effect on local government performance, leadership style has no significant effect on local government performance, and organizational culture has a positive effect on local government performance.
