Abstract

This study aims to be able to analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance through Innovative Behavior and Employee Satisfaction as Intervening Variables. The data retrieval method is carried out by Census and calculations using the Path analysis method and the analytical tool used in this study is IBM SPSS V22.0. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results obtained that transformational leadership affects employee performance, transformational leadership affects employee innovative behavior, transformational leadership affects job satisfaction, innovative behavior affects employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance, innovative behavior and job satisfaction can mediate transformational leadership with employee performance
