Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of E-leadership and work-life balance on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic mediated by work motivation. The research was conducted at the Department of Social Affairs, Community Empowerment and Villages in the Family Hope Program (PKH). The population in this study are employees who work in the Family Hope Program (PKH). The sample collected amounted to 155 permanent employees, so that the sampling used a saturated sample. The research method is an online questionnaire through the googleform platform and analysis with Structural Equation Modeling and processed using the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that eleadership and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Eleadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation mediates the effect of eleadership on employee performance, and work motivation mediates the effect of work -life balance on employee performance.
