SMART BUREAUCRACY DALAM E-GOVERNMENT PADA PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI DATAKU UNTUK PELAYANAN BERBASIS DIGITAL DATAKU PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

This study aims to analyze the implementation of smart bureaucracy in e-government on the use of the Dataku application for development planning and to find out the extent of the benefits provided by the Dataku application for development planning. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through direct interviews with the Planning and BPPSD DIY, in this study the authors used two variables, namely intelligent bureaucracy and e-government while the number of sources in this study were 8 people, then researchers processed data by using the Nvivo 12 Plus application.The results of this study indicate that the smart bureaucracy and e-government variables have a relationship with each other. This is based on the purpose of implementing smart bureaucracy and e-government both to make the government bureaucracy more superior and professional. This is in line with the existing 9 indicators, based on the results of the analysis that the increase is the most influential indicator on the realization of a smart bureaucracy. As for e-government, convenience is the most benefit obtained in this implementation. Where the use of technology facilitates the bureaucracy in carrying out its duties as executor of public services.
