Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the effect of flexible work arrangement and work life balance and their impact on job satisfaction at SMKN 1 Lhokseumawe. In particular, the study examines the mediating role of Work Life Balance on the effect of Flexible Work Arrangement on Job Satisfaction. This study uses a sampling technique with the saturated sample method so that it involves all members of the population as respondents. The number of population members is 107 but only 97 respondents returned the questionnaire and all responses were declared suitable for use. This data collection is done through Google Form. This research uses data analysis techniques Path Analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the flexible work arrangement variable has a positive effect on the work life balance. Flexible work arrangement and work life balance variables have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The flexible work arrangement variable can have an indirect effect on job satisfaction through work life balance.
