KEPUASAN ORANG TUA SISWA TERHADAP MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI YOGYAKARTA II TAHUN AJARAN 2006/2007

ABSTRACT This research has a purpose to understand any factor that have an effect of pupil parent satisfaction in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Yogyakarta II. The problem is a fact that not all pupil parents are satisfied, which that it is representing by pupil parents who did not want another children to send to the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Yogyakarta II. Based on the phenomenon above, the researcher wants to study the effect of services, facility, student output and location to the pupil parents' satisfaction. This research will test five hypotheses: first, service factor, facility, student output and location which has a significant effect to the satisfaction of pupil parent and secondly, student parent of MAN Yogyakarta H are satisfied with the service from MAN II Yogyakarta. Thirdly, student parent of MAN Yogyakarta II are satisfied with the facility in MAN Yogyakarta II. Fourth, student parent of MAN Yogyakarta II are satisfied with student output of MAN Yogyakarta H and Fifth, student parent of MAN Yogyakarta II are satisfied with the location of MAN Yogyakarta II. Research subject are 226 student parent year of 2006/2007 , data collection using 75 questioner. Analysis method using analysis double regression and partial correlation analysis technique. The research result shows that firstly, after doing analysis with double regression processes then the result is, generally, the service, facility, student output and location of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Yogyakarta II has significant effect with Adjusted R square = 95,8% , F hitung = 1273,755 with p = 0,000. It Show that all factor including service, location, facility etc give significant effect to the student parents satisfaction, also secondly, student parent of MAN Yogyakarta 11 are satisfied with the service, facility, student output and location of MAN Yogyakarta II, this can be obtained by using correlation analysis process between service variable and satisfaction by 0,501, facility variable with satisfaction variable by 0,925, student output variable with satisfaction variable by 0,829 and location variable with satisfaction by 0,602 also can be seen by average item value of services by 5,65, average item value of facility variable by 5,40, average item value of student output by 5,53 and average item value of location variable by 5,60, then from the analysis result of double regression process, generally, service, facility, student output dan location of MAN Yogyakarta II has significant effect on satisfaction of student parent of MAN Yogyakarta II. It can be concluded from the analysis above that service, facility, student output and location is the key factor of the satisfaction between student parents in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Yogyakarta II.
