Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of justice of compensation and work environment fairness toward employee satisfaction and employee performance at Agro Medika Nusantara hospital. In this research, research er choose 100 respondents from population of Agro Medika Nusantara employees and use non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Path analysis used as analyze tools. This analysis includes: validity and reliability test, descriptive statistic, F test and t test and also coefficient of determination analysis (R2) also test of direct and indirect influence.
According to research that has been obtained, hypothesis test used F test can discovered justice of compensation variable toward employee stratification and performance. Hypothesis t test showed that both independent variable: justice compensation (XI) and work environment (X2) and employee satisfaction intervening variable (Z) proved positively and significantly affect the dependent variable of employee performance (Y).
