KINERJA BADAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH DALAM MELAKSANAKAN TAPPING SISTEM PADA RESTORAN (Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Pringsewu Tahun 2020)

Electronic-Based Government System (E-governmentmnet) is a change in government services from the old service (traditional government) which is synonymous with paper-based administration into a new service with the help of current technology that can be accessed anywhere and anytime (Bayaga et al. 2019]. The use of e-government as a public service is not only centralized in Indonesia but also applied in various regions such as Pringsewu Regency. One form of public service using e-government is such as a website which is the initial foundation for e-government in Pringsewu Regency and this also makes it easier for the community. The purpose of this study is to explain the level of public trust as users of electronic-based government systems in Pringsewu Regency in 2020 and to explain the factors that influence public confidence in using electronic-based government systems in Pringsewu Regency in 2020. Using quantitative research methods, the results of This investigation is that the level of public trust in the Wensite of the Pringsewu Regency local government is said to be good, and the perceived variables, quality of information, privacy and accountability on the results of hypothesis testing show that the fourth variable is proven to affect public trust positively and significantly.
