PENGARUH PENYULUHAN TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN IBU DAN PERAN KELUARGA SERTA PETUGAS KESEHATAN DALAM PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF Di WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS NGAGLIK 1

Providing exclusive breastfeeding for infants until the age of 4-6 months has many advantages. But until now prevalence was still low in some areas. Many factors associated with the pattern of breastfeeding to babies, including what is important is the knowledge and the role of Ffamilies and health factors in mothers breastfeeding exclusively This study aims to determine the influence of education on knowledge and the role of family and mother in kesehatanterhadap officer of exclusive breastfeeding. With the respondents are 60 people working in health Ngaglik 1 Sleman Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is to design experimental True Pre-post test with Control Group .Respondents in this study were 30 people in the experimental group and 30 people as control. Research instrument was a questionnaire. Wilcoxon test results showed that the level of knowledge of the difference in means-0.09dengan significance value 0000 in the experimental group. the post test experimental and control groups. While the motivation for the difference in the mean scores obtained pre test and post test experimental group with a value of -9.20 for the significance of 0040. This value indicates an increase in motivation (9:20) and this change significantly (p <0.05). Significant motivational differences between the post test score of experimental group with the control group. Efforts for increasing the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding can be done by increasing counseling intervention about breastfeeding to mothers and their families regularly and periodically, based on local socio-cultural conditions..
