Abstract
This research aims at identifying the influence of Working Environment towards performance with commitment to organization as the intervening variable. The information gained from the research is very important to improve performance. The subject of the research are the employees of PT Kusuma Sendang Mekarjaya. The technique used in collecting sample is purposive sampling The method used in collecting data is survey method by distributing questionnaires to 143 respondents. The data is analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the research indicates that if, irking Environment has positive and significant effect towards Commitment to Organization and Performance. Organizational commitment had no effect on the positive and not significant to the performance of theacyl and other research shows that the commitment is not a mediation between the work environment on performance.
