Abstract
This thesis is entitled "Implementation of the Work From Home (WFH) Program for
State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Decrease in the Increase of the Covid - 19 Pandemic in 2020"
which is the result of interview research to answer the problem formulation, namely how to
implement the work from home (WFH) program for the state civil apparatus (ASN) in reducing
the increase in the increase in the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 in the Ponorogo Regency
Government, East Java.
To answer the problem formulation, researchers used qualitative research methods. This
study uses several research techniques, namely interviews and documentation. So the researchers
here will go directly to the field and conduct research by interviewing several informants related
to this research. The data obtained in the field were then processed descriptively and analyzed.
The results of this study indicate that the most influencing factor is human resources,
while the non-influencing factor is incentives. With the covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the
Ponorogo Regency government will create a system that can support the continuity of work from
home (WFH) so that the goals of WFH can be achieved such as creating an online signature
system (digital signature) by facilitating the document legalization process without the need to
go to a place. work and also video conferencing in order to facilitate meeting a job even though
different locations.
