Abstract

The goal research To identify for emotional intelligence related with student success, to identify Intelligence quotient related with student success , To identify the embedded dominant factors related to emotional intelligence or Intelligence quotient related with student success. Actually there are student are not success related with the intelligence. There are student have high intelligence but not success, but there are student with intelligence low relativity, he success. Moreover the competency is variously termed integrated-holistic-relational ability and capability to achieve performance quality. It is concluded that intellectual and emotional intelligence level together effect the competency level, moreover the findings also indicated that competency level is affecting the team. The phenomen make the researcher related between emotional intelligence and Intelligence quotient with student success. The research will test two hypothesis : There are related between emotional intelligence and Intelligence quotient with student success . There are not related between emotional intelligence and Intelligence quotient with studentsuccess. Subject the research are student of Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah Planjan Kesugihan Cilacap 227 student. Data with Quesioner for emotional intelligence and study documentation for Intelligence quotient with value from semester I and II. The result indicated that emotional intelligence introduce her self with value from Semester I are having t test 3,874 with a significant value of 0.000. The result indicated that emotional intelligence introduce the other person with value from Semester I are having t test 1,530 with a significant value of 0.129. The result indicated that intelligence quotient with value from Semester I are having t test 5,824 with a significant value of 0.000. The result indicated that emotional intelligence introduce her self with value from Semester II are having t test 3,874 with a significant value of 0.000. The result indicated that emotional intelligence introduce the other person with value from Semester II are having t test 2,083 with a significant value of 0.040. The result indicated that intelligence quotient with value from Semester II are having t test 5,707 with a significant value of 0.000.0f course relations emotional intelligence with Intelligence quotient with student success relativity better emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence didn't studied in the school and not document in the report, like the lesson or the other skill so not contribution for student success.
