FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KREATIVITAS GURU AGAMA ISLAM DALAM PEMBELAJARAN AL-ISLAM, KEMUHAMMADIYAHAN DAN BAHASA ARAB DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH MUHAMMADIYAH SE-KABUPATEN SLEMAN

The purpose of this research is to know forms of society support toward MTs Darusalam Kroya in Cilacap Regent. This is based on the fact that in the begining of the existance of a Madrasah in Islamic world, the growth and the advance of a Madrasah can't be separated from the support and the existance of moslem society that have hight comitment toward the education mainly Islamic education to inherit its values to their successor. By their own self-help, moslem society built a Madrasah that grow well for its quality and its quantity located n the big cities or in suburbans. Based on the phenomena above, the writer wants to know forms of society support toward MTs Darussalam Kroya in Cilacap Regent, motivation of the supports, and the use of these supports by Madrasah itself. Subjects of this research are head master, personal of found, school commite, teacher and staff of MTs Darussalam Kroya, and also the society of Pucung Kidul village, Subdistrict of Kroya, Regent of Cilacap. The methode of collecting data are observation, interview, angket and dokumentation. Technic to analize the data is by using Technic Descriptive Analize type Interactive Analize Mulesand Hubberman. The result of this research can be concluded, first, the forms of society support toward MTs Darussalam Kroya are supporting the existance of Madrasah, giving idea to build Madrasah, material support, sending their children to study in Madrasah, supporting toward teacher and staff, supporting the advance of Madrasah, controling and praying for Madrasah. Second, the motivation of society give support toward MTs Darussalam Kroya are the aim to have their own Madrasah as a media to inherit Islamic education of Ahlussunah Wal Jama 'ah, sending their children to study in their own Madrasah so their childrens get religious education and make Madrasah as a media to conduct social and religious activity. Third, to optimalize of society support by Madrasah itself are by making real the society hope to have a Madrasah as a media to improve and to inherit Islamic education of Ahlussunah Wal lama 'ah to the youth by giving good learnind and education.
