Abstract
This study examines the influence of electronic service quality, information quality, and system quality on the overall perceived service quality of Go-ride users at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were active students of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 200 active student respondents from the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. They were aged 18 years and over used the Go-ride application within the last year. Data was collected through a survey method using a google form questionnaire distributed online. The quantitative data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 21 software. This study proves that the quality of electronic services has a positive and significant effect on overall perceived service quality, and information quality has a positive and significant effect on overall perceived service quality. The system quality has a positive and significant effect on the overall perceived service quality.
