Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of fairness and commitment on employee creativity with the aim of working as a mediation at Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" Center in Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" Center, which is located on Jl. Kaliurang km 4.5 Gang Kinanthi no. 19 Yogyakarta. In this study a sample of 150 respondents were selected by purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is found that service quality has a significant effect on employee creativity, job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of fairness and organizational commitment on employee creativity.
