Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Happiness on Work Life Balance, the effect of Work Happiness on employee performance, the effect of Work Life Balance on employee performance, and the indirect effect of Work Happiness on employee performance through Work Life Balance. This research was conducted at PT. Shopee VADS Project Customer Service Department, Yogyakarta. The number of samples from this study was 312 employees. This research uses SPSS 28.0.1 software with path analysis path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Work Happiness has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Life Balance has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Work Life Balance is a mediator between Work Happiness and Employee Performance.
