Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning culture on knowledge application with transformasional leadership as mediation to elementary schools in Balangan Districts, South Kalimantan. The subjects used in this study were all teachers in Balangan Districts, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted with a total sample of 124 respondents who were determined by the sampling technique using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method and distributing questionnaires to respondents using Google Froms. The analytical tool used is PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) application program. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, it shows that the learning culture variable has a positive and significant effect on transformasional leadership. Then the learning culture variable has a positive and significant effect on knowledge application, and the transformasional leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on knowledge application. Meanwhile, the learning culture variable is able to mediate knowledge application through transformasional leadership as an intervening variable.
