Abstract
The New Normal Era is a transitional period commonly referred to as New Habit Adaptation caused by the Covid-19 virus (Covid Disease, 2019). The impact of Covid-19 has collapsed, especially in the Population Administration sector. To prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, the government has issued a series of policies, including working from home (work from home) and implementing large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). The new change demands become an adaptation of habits in government agencies on human resources at the Bantul Population and Civil Registration Office, which will affect the quality of performance. The optimal performance strategy of the Bantul Population and Civil Registration Office is needed to deal with the online system to provide services. Therefore, human resources must be more adaptive to changes by increasing their competence to achieve good quality performance in the New Normal era.Based on the research conducted, the researcher can draw conclusions based on the performance indicators described above to improve the performance strategy of human resources at the Bantul Disdukcapil, including a good work environment. The need for online/offline education and training and awards to outstanding employees.
