MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI FILM PENDEK “DALAM JARINGAN” DI MASA PANDEMI

This article describes the management of movie production during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out how the implementation and supervision are carried out during pre-production, production and post-production during the Covid-19 pandemic and the health protocols applied. The results of this study used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources derived from interviews from three sources and documentation. This research shows that the movie production process during the Covid-19 pandemic is not impossible. The results of this study found that at each stage in the production process of the movie "Dalam Jaringan" there are steps that are applied such as the pre-production stage found seven steps, namely the purpose of making the film, searching for the crew, idea discovery, idea development, location planning and production tools, location licensing and health protocol planning. The next stage is production, there are steps of implementation and supervision. The last stage is postproduction, the steps of the film editing process are obtained. The short movie "Dalam Jaringan" was produced with a fairly short time and preparation, the use of a limited crew to the use of local residents as actors in the movie to minimize the process of spreading the Covid-19 virus.
