Abstract
The concept of GSCM is to integrate environmental thinking into supply chain management (SCM). Increased attention to the topic of green supply chain management (GSCM) warrants the writing of this paper. Thus, GSCM is important in influencing the total environmental impact of any organization involved in supply chain activities. GSCM can contribute to improving sustainability performance. This study examines the effect of environmental collaboration as a moderating and intervening variable in the relationship between GSCM and sustainability performance. Researchers used two methods, namely moderation and mediation. The object of this research is MSMEs in the city of Yogyakarta, and the respondents consist of 53 owners and managers of MSMEs who apply green supply chain by using purposive sampling method and non-probability sampling data collection technique. The analysis technique used in this study uses a structural equation model (SEM) with a structural analysis program (AMOS). The results of this study are environmental collaboration can moderate the relationship between GSCM practices and sustainability performance, GSCM practices have a positive effect on sustainability performance, GSCM practices affect collaboration environment, environmental collaboration affects sustainability performance.
