Abstract
Background: Appendicitis is an inflammation that occurs in the appendix vermivormis, often referred to as appendicitis, which occurs in a small and thin, pouch-shaped organ, measuring 5- 10 that is attached to the large intestine and is the main cause of acute inflammation of the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. The purpose of the study: Knowing the Effectiveness of Finger Clasp Relaxation in Reducing Pain Scale in Appendicitis Patients. Methods: This study is a case repost on the effectiveness of finger grip relaxation to reduce pain in appendicitis during the postoperative nursing period of appendictomy for 6 times monitoring using PQRST pain assessment to monitor the decrease in pain. Results: This study is a case repost on the effectiveness of finger grip relaxation to reduce pain in appendicitis during the postoperative nursing period of appendictomy for 6 times monitoring using PQRST pain assessment to monitor the decrease in pain. Conclusion: Interventions that can be done in patients with appendicitis by applying finger grip relaxation have been shown to be effective in reducing pain scale.
