Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Employee performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Jenis populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan divisi operasional PT. X. Sebanyak 115 karyawan dari PT. X berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memediasi servant leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memediasi employee performance.
