Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. Selo Adikarto. The number of samples in this study were 53 respondents, where the researcher used a saturated sample in the sampling technique of this study. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job satisfaction has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and organizational climate has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction as an intervening variable
