Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Akebono Astra Indonesa. Sampel yang digunakan 180 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik non probability sampling. Jenis teknis non probability yang digunakan yaitu jenis purposive sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur yaitu regresi linier sederhana menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job insecurity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
