Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of knowledge and religiosity on repurchase intention in halal cosmetics through study attitudes towards users of Batrisyia Herbal cosmetics in Jambi. In this study, using data analysis techniques, namely structural equation modeling (SEM) which is processed through the Amos application program. This study used a purposive sampling technique where the sampling method had special characteristics, namely Batrisyia herbal cosmetic users who had been using 6 months or more. The collection was carried out using a questionnaire to 150 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on attitudes, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on attitudes, knowledge has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, attitude has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, knowledge. positive and significant effect on repurchase intention mediated by attitude, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention mediated by attitudes on cosmetic users Batrisyia Herbal in Jambi City.
