Abstract

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, <em>Need for Achievement</em> (N-Ach), <em>Need for Affiliation</em> (N-Aff), dan <em>Need for Power</em> (N-Pow) terhadap <em>Organizational Citizenship Behavior</em> (OCB) pada pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta periode 2019/ 2020. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 137 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Need<em> for Achievement</em> (N-Ach), <em>Need for Affiliation</em> (N-Aff), dan <em>Need for Power</em> (N-Pow) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap <em>Organizational Citizenship Behavior</em> (OCB).</p>
