Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze "The Influence of Empowering Leadership on Employee Performance through Psychological Empowerment as an Intervening Study variable on Margaria Group employees", in this study using data analysis techniques namely Path Analysis using IBM SPSS version 22.0 software. . This study used a sampling technique with a census method in which all populations were used as respondents. This data collection was carried out using the spread of Google Form, and the data obtained to be processed was 80.Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that Empowering Leadership had a positive and significant effect on Psychological Empowerment, Empowering Leadership had no significant effect on Employee Performance, Psychological Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Empowering Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Psychological Empowerment as an intervening variable in Margaria Group .
