Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational culture dan knowledge sharing terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan intrinsic motivation sebagai variabel mediasi di Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Jumlah populasi di IMM FEB UMY sebanyak 124 orang, metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational culture, knowledge sharing dan intrinsic motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap intrinsic motivation. Dan intrinsic motivation mampu memediasi pengaruh organizational culture dan knowledge sharing terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
