PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA KARYAWAN CV CIPTA USAHA MANDIRI TEMANGGUNG)

This research aimed at analyzing the influence of job stress and individual characteristic toward job satisfaction for the employees of CV Cipta Usaha Mandiri. The subjects of the research are the employees of CV Cipta Usaha Mandiri located on Jalan Raya Ngadirejo KM 3 Medari Ngadirejo, Temanggung. There were 190 respondents as the samples. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, T test, F test and determination test. Based on the analysis, it shows that job stress give significantly influence on job satisfaction and individual characteristic give significantly influence on job satisfaction.
