Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze "The Effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable study at the Nurul Fikri Boarding School Foundation Anyer and Bogor", in this study using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis (analysis line) using IBM SPSS version 22.0. This research used a sampling technique with a census method in which all populations were used as respondents. This data collection was carried out using the spread of Google Forms and questionnaires, and the data obtained to be processed was 120. Based on the results of the analysis, work motivation has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Motivation has no effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and positive effect. significant towards Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at the Nurul Fikri Boarding School Foundation Anyer and Bogor.
